The aim of servhability is to give the most vulnerable section of the society the tools they need to work their way out of chronic poverty. By providing micro loans, business training and other financial services to poorest of the poor men and women who start their own businesses, partner leading organizations help people work their own way up the economic ladder, with dignity and pride. With just a little capital, people can grow their own businesses. They can earn enough to afford basics like food, clothing, medicines and schooling for their children. Poverty was their only enemy and no project or initiative could take shape without addressing itself to this basic question. Only when poverty evaporates, can the tree of social growth get planted. Like us, they are also innovators, who saw new dreams and transformed them into thoughts and several actions flowed out of that.

In India where one fourth population live on less than Rs.16 per day, it is not enough to help 1,000 or even 5000, Differently Able Persons(DAPs) but bring affordable and replicable model of microfinance to tens of millions of DAPs- enough donations to do this. That’s why Servhability has created an anti-chronic poverty strategy that is permanent, affordable and self-sustaining.
